The great imperial road was really comfortable to travel; wide and well-maintained for long stretches, even in totally wild areas, like the one we are crossing these days.
All this makes us feel safe, it is as if we had just left the capital, while instead it has been ten days since we have met a living soul.
And I mean literally, since the last three nights we have spent fighting with zombies and animated skeletons.
